I did this little illustration of one of my favorite actors, Rutger Hauer, for another letterhead. Thought I would throw it out there as it may be my last for a while.

Letterheads

I thought I would post pictures of some letterheads I made for, well ... letters. Each one has kind of its own tone, and each illustration to suit the needs of the letter (mailed postal, traditionally, not this impersonal email bullshit that nobody reads anyway) and as such, was done really fast, almost as a sketch. The idea was to create atmospheric images -- based on films -- that didn't call attention to themselves, which I seemed to get the hang of by the third go, the Splice one.

I really enjoy waking up in the morning and churning out some fast sketchy illustrations like these. I don't know ... I almost feel like fast is better.
